Booking policy
Dear Guest!
Your reservation is only valid if it has been confirmed in some form (e.g. e-mail, phone).
The prices are indicative, in some cases the price and duration of the service may change after subsequent consultation.
Please always choose your service accurately! For example, if you want to include decoration, please remember to add it after the basic service. In case of inaccurate booking, there may not be enough time for the requested service and we will only be able to do what you have booked for.
Cancellations and changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment, subject to our opening hours, by telephone, email or via our online booking system. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations received outside opening hours, even if you have given us 24 hours notice. Cancellations can of course be made outside opening hours via the online appointment booking system if the appointment has been booked there.)
Appointments made on the same day cannot be changed.
In the event of cancellation within 24 hours, no-show without modification or feedback, or if you arrive so late that we are unable to provide the service, we will charge a standby fee of 50% of the current service(s) for that day.
When booking an appointment, in some cases we may ask for a deposit of 50% of the booking. In the event of a major delay in arrival, if we are no longer able to provide the service you require, you can use the deposit for a shorter service on the spot only, if it fits into the time available and is convenient for you. Otherwise, unfortunately, you will not be able to use it and it will be charged as a stand-by fee. No refund is possible for services less than the amount of the deposit.
In the event of non-compliance with the above criteria, the stand-by fee invoice will be sent by e-mail and will be subject to payment.
Please make sure that you comply with the above mentioned points to avoid mutual inconvenience!
